Job Description

  • Participate in cross-functional engagement teams to support the development and delivery of strategic change within sophisticated and challenging environments
  • Work with clients throughout all stages of strategy-based projects to identify, clarify and resolve complex issues critical to clients’ strategic and operating success
  • Responsible for independently leading specific deliverables in engagements.
  • Construct the analytical frameworks that result in strategic recommendations for our clients.
  • Develop detailed business plans, feasibility studies, market analysis, business analysis, MIS reporting, cash flow modelling, analysis of balance sheet and P& L etc.
  • Responsible for a work stream within the project, working with both Strategy& and client team members
  • Provide audit and business advice to a variety of clients. Provide an on-site co-ordination role for audit clients including planning, day to day control of the audit team, liaising with clients and completing audit assignments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and established audit clients. Work and liaise with other members of the audit team and colleagues in other parts of the firm as necessary to provide high quality client service.
  • Be comfortable reporting directly to a partner, director, senior manager or manager. Have supervisory responsibility for teams.
  • Coach and train other junior staff members.
  • Step up as an in-charge and drive engagements from planning to completion.
  • Monitor and achieve budgets for audit engagements.
  • Work to standards and produce quality work.
  • Improve on strategy development, business plans, growth strategies, performance improvement, customer experience, digital technologies (digital transformation).
  • Manage a team of consultants and you will work across a variety of industries.
  • Support project teams and participate in a collaborative team, with a focus on knowledge sharing and thought leadership.
  • Prepare deliverables
  • Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues
  • Ensure adherence to compliance matters
  • Develop internal relationships and the company brand
  • Keep abreast in gaining knowledge of recent innovations in the financial Sector: Open Banking, Open Finance, Fintech, Cryptocurrencies, CBDC.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, and Economics, Quantitative Analysis or other related major required.
  • ACCA/CA/CFA or equivalent.ACA or similarly qualified.
  • Be educated to a degree level.
  • Preferable have experience of financial services in Assurance.
  • Highly proficient in English - orally and written. One will be tested.
  • 4+ years of experience in a similar role; significant experience in transaction support or a relevant financial services position.
  • Must come from one of the big 4 auditing firms
  • Good experience in managing staff and the ability to demonstrate leadership skills.
  • Attention to detail, with genuine appetite for growth
