Job Description

  • Manage current customer relations to in order to meet business target (systems & processes)
  • Manage sales process
  • Manage & identify services & software business opportunities
  • Manage client queries & interaction
  • Internal management of support tasks & issues
  • Look for new opportunities and taking action
  • Deal with vendors when required
  • Business plan & budget on a quarterly basis
  • Learn & grow the business
  • Modernize/update Product Managers with feasible new features
  • When required, network & users forum
  • Client profitability (quarterly/yearly)
  • Monthly salesforce compliance
  • CCA management
  • Prepare account plans and discuss them with clients
  • Maintain client contacts & emails for internal use
  • Ensure customer satisfaction & excellent customer service
  • Constant single point of contact
  • Meet crucial players while visiting mine sites. Call plans before site visits & tele meetings
  • Keep track of client systems performance
  • Ensure clients are kept up to date with software updates & associated benefits
  • Ensure clients are kept up to date on new products
  • Maintain and grow mine wide relationships
  • Assist in the Africa region in regards to the introduction of new products
  • Request & engage with feedback
  • Assist with entertainment when required

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mining, Business, Engineering
  • Experience in software solutions selling
  • Knowledge in mining domain
  • Minimum 5 years experience in account management
  • Experience in mining & computer technology support will be advantageous
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
