Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma in Metallurgy or Chemical Engineering
At least 10 years experience in the metallurgical field within an open pit extractive mining industry, of which 5 years in a managerial capacity
Working knowledge of base metal processing plants
Demonstrated track record on safety, business improvement, systems design and implementation
