Job Specification
- The position will be based in Gaborone, but will be expected to travel to various project locations and branch offices extensively to fulfil their duties.
- Manage the discipline engineering team
- Ensure compliance with safety and legal requirements
- Maintain acceptable performance against set budgets, standards and internal quality procedures
- Provide input to,-and report on performance of projects against budgets.
Minimum Requirements
- Relevant Degree
- Graduate with a proven track record of at least 10 years’ experience in a similar role in a project management environment.
- Experience in diamond plants (both operational and projects)
- Currently working at a mining operator/mining house
