Minimum Requirements
- A relevant tertiary qualification
- Ten years experience in the manufacturing and distribution environment
- At least 5 years in a management position
Job Specification
Manage and control the short and medium term direction of the sales division
Spearhead sales and customer service and manage all sales activities through clearly defined roles and accountabilities
Participate and support the development and implementation of an agreed business strategy to enable focused effort
Ensures that sales volumes and revenue are maximised by exploiting market opportunities
Manage and control variable and fixed costs, as well as capital expenditure, within budget levels through sound planning, implementation and maintenance of management routines and internal checks
Keeps stock holding at an acceptable level
