Introduction
Salary R500K – R800K CTC per annum, incl. Benefits (Medical Aid, Pension)

Minimum requirements
At least 10 years related experience as a qualified Electrical Technician with min T3
Experienced with relay logic and on PLC programs – not expected to write but interpret
In depth knowledge and experience on generators / voltage regulators
Basic mechanical knowledge of diesel engine, able to do basic repairs
Fluent in English and hands on with clients, and must be fully computer literate
Experienced on fault finding on power and control circuits and essentially on low voltage switchgear
Must be able to read and interpret electrical drawings and be familiar with 24 volt communication networks
Fully experienced on the use of electrical test equipment, basic knowledge of electronics would be advantageous
Must have a valid driver’s license and passport
Must be prepared to travel long distances, being away from home  and prepared to travel abroad

Job Specification
Carry out maintenance and repairs on Dynamic Rotary Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) Systems 
When required assist in installation and commissioning of such systems
Consult with the company planner from whom you will receive your job instructions
Carry out routine maintenance as described in the company norms and procedures on installed electrical equipment but not restricted to electrical equipment
Carry out remote monitoring of customer's Dynamic Rotary UPS Systems
Assisting the Mechanical Service Engineer on maintenance and repairs
Submission of official documentation on completion of all site visits, maintenance or repair work
Carry out Stand-by duties as and when required to do so by the company
Attend to customer queries and where required carry out on site repairs
Not restricted to borders of South Africa
Reports to: HOD of Field services
