Our Client is looking for a Commissioning/Protection Engineer with a high voltage electrical engineering degree. Position in Midrand/Centurion

Job Specification
Preparation of detailed designs for Integrated Control and Protection (ICAP) applications in substations and transmission substations;
Management and execution of technical and design components of existing projects and bids under preparation in the fields of HV electrical infrastructure for utility companies and industrial customers;
Carry out commissioning of new and existing installations where required;
Assist with maintenance and fault finding on installations;
Manage projects in the specialist field of expertise;
Carry out system studies and power system analysis using appropriate software tools;
Suitable tertiary education in electrical engineering to degree or national Diploma level
Computer literacy in MS Office applications, including Excel. Word, MS Projects
Knowledge of ISO 9000 Quality standards
Detailed understanding of design and operation of modern protection relay technology and substation automation and its application through to commissioning;
Experience with AUTO CAD would be an advantage
