A Divisional Manager is required for a well established electrical engineering company. Must have at least 5-10 yrs solid project management experience with experience in Overhead/Transmission Powerlines or Overhead Track Equipment (OHTE). Salary range between R750k - R1,200K excluding bonus.
Minimum Requirements
- Must have experience in overhead powerlines or OHTE
- Must have at least 8 yrs experience in project management
- Project Management degree preferred or similar
- Must be able to read plans
- Registered with ECSA
- Electrical Engineering Degree
- Manage 5 project managers
- Contracts including evaluations
- Management of project personnel and planning and supervision management of detail project engineering, project management and execution.

- Tendering
- Evaluation of certain projects with multi-discipline Engineering teams
- Planning and cost control
- Procurement
- Sub-contracts
- Site installation and overall project close outs and client negotiations of the contracts
- Set up of contracts negotiations
- Risk Assessments
- Revenue protection
- Real time / dynamic pricing and demand side management
- Staff development, training, housekeeping, safety, time management, discipline and conflicts
- Solve and finalise complaints and enquiries from customers/suppliers
- Reporting directly to MD
