Minimum Requirements
- Bachelors degree of Technology (Btech Electrical Engineering Heavy Current) or
- N Diploma in Electrical Engineering HV.
- At least 3 years solid, proven experience, in commissioning.
Job Specifications
As a junior commissioning engineer you would be doing the following
- Power systems maintenance, installation and commissioning of high voltage equipment.
- Carry out commissioning of new and existing installations where required.
- Commissioning of HV outdoor switchgear.
- Assist with maintenance and fault finding on installations.
- Testing and commissioning of scheme.
- Pressure testing of cables.
- Fault finding.
- Drawing corrections and mark-ups.
- Manage projects in the specialist field of expertise.
