Power systems maintenance, installation and commissioning of high voltage equipment, ranging from 400V to 33KV indoor switchgear, up to 400kV outdoor switchgear. 11- 765KV preferable
Minimum Requirements
- Relevant Diploma or Degree.
- 60% office based. Will be required to visit sites.
- Extensive management experience vital.
- Must be a strong leader to manage teams.
- Requires at least 10 yrs+ experience.
Job Specifications
Managing 6 subcontractors
Commissioning of transformer protection schemes, including restricted and standby earth fault circuits integrated with existing protection panels.
Testing of modern electronic relays and Electro-mechanical relays.
Programming of electronic relays.
CT testing primary injection, magnetizing curve, polarity testing.
Testing and commissioning of schemes.
Bus Zone matching and stability testing.
Circuit breaker speed testing.
Pressure testing of cables.
Fault finding.
Drawing corrections and mark-ups.
Factory and Site acceptance tests.
General Administration and responsible to sign off.
