Job Specification
Manage the Human Resource Administration systems and processes
Implement and maintain organisational performance systems and understanding
Manage, develop and guide talent through the organizational ranks ensuring high retention of such talent
Measure and analyse employee climate within the organization
Set common scorecard objectives to maximize efficiencies and outputs
Evaluate and recommend alignment opportunities within the business processes
Coaching the Company HR systems
Budgetary cost control
Quality control training initiatives
Recruit, guide and retain staff
Be willing to travel
Reports to the General Manager – Sales and Marketing
Experience / Knowledge
Organisational performance experience
An in depth understanding of the Sales & Marketing processes and outputs
Experience in individual performance improvement systems
Sound Industrial Relations knowledge and skills
Sound knowledge of all related legislation and requirements; BCEA, SDA, EE, etc
Must be computer literate
Sound administrative skills
