Proactive interrogation of data and identify anomalies
Have the ability to identify and communicate intelligence from data interrogation
Ad-hoc analysis and reports
Manage Customer Management Portal (CMP) system
Branch and market trend analysis
Create and enhance reports in Cognos
Submission of regulatory and industry statistics
