Update of management reports i.e. Sales Monitor, Market Intel Report, etc
Proactive interrogation of data and identify anomalies
Ad-hoc analysis and reports
Manage Customer Management Portal (CMP) system
Branch & market trend analysis
Create and enhance reports in Cognos
Submission of regulatory & industry statistics
